Road Safety Awareness campaigns are required to be promoted more effectively so as to draw the public attention and  bring consciousness among them. The code isn't only about maintaining obediently following the traffic rules and precisely ensuing more alertness for others concerning about the consequences and costs of road accidents. 
 

Mother India Care, has been promoting and encouraging Road Safety Awareness program through various events and initiatives amongst the general mass. MIC is going to observe National Road Safety Month between 15^th Jan to 14^th Feb 2024 which is a part of its envisioned goal 2030 i.e. zero death and no serious injury in road crash in India.

 

The Mother India Care is endeavoring to supplement the initiative of Government of India, Ministry of Transport & Highways on road safety during national road safety month.

 

Mother India Care has launched its nation wide campaign of National Road Safety Introspection, becuase all road users are claiming that they are safe road users and everyday around 500 road users are dying in road accidents and they too were claiming the same. MIC is conducting a contest of road safety slogans and the participating road users can prepare a video byte and send it to us by whatsapp 7996681081 . The last date for the video byte submission of 8th Feb 2024. The first three winners will get the award of National Road Safety Super Hero Award & Also surprise gift. The video byte should be prepared by two people and the same can be either with a family member or a friend. 

 

As an eligibility criteria two persons has to introspect online. While preparing a video byte both pwerson should ask each other saying "Have you introspected " and both has to reply as Yes in an affirmative manner, and both has to jointly say a slogan on road safety. The 3 winners will eb selected on the basis of best slogan.

 

Mother India Care is also providing Road Safety Proficiency - RSP Score to road users and are maintaining the profile of road users at our record. The road users or a third party can access the profile of the road users to know the RSP Score / Road Users  Raking. Road users has to appear for online test to get the assessment score. This facility will be launched on 26th Nov 2021 as a part of our decade action plan 2021-2030.

 

Mother India Care is heading to give a #CallForYouthLockdown beacsue the number of the road accidents between the age group of 15 to 30 is more. Our youth is dying in road accident everyday and number is increasing. Call for youth lockdown to prevent road accident deaths of our youth.

 

We are collecting details of the people who have come forward voluntarily to help the road accident victims and such people are called as good Samaritans and we would like to provide them awards.

 

We are also providing road safety training to public and inviting them to come forward to get the training to provide the Pre First Aid Care to the road accident victims till the emergency response team arrives at the accident spot. In the training we provide tips to people how to give the pre first aid treatment post crash to victims. Because normally people offer drinking water to accident victims and that becomes the reason of death.  We are also providing yoga sessions to avoid/prevent road accidents.

 

We are approaching stakeholders, transport department, government agencies, automobile industry leaders, fleet owners, organizations and individuals to come forward for National Road Safety Introspection and join us to prevent accidents and save lives of daily road accident victims.

 

The National Road Safety Month 2024 seeks to increase better understanding of the dangers of speed and generate action on measures to address speed, thereby saving lives on the roads. The monitoring will be on for year long.
