Road Users Census
Road Safety Guardians Census
Shifting responsibility from the individual road user to the entire system From pointing fingers to fixing the problem - Victimity to Accountability - Shifting the focus from blame to solutions - Implementing the revolutionary root cause solution - Addressing A2Z essentials of sustainable road safety. Fostering a community of accountability where individuals take ownership of their actions, decisions, and results, focusing on solutions and learning rather than blame. Our key strategies include setting clear goals, leading by example, establishing feedback loops, and ensuring psychological safety so members are comfortable admitting mistakes and seeking solutions together, resulting in stronger bonds, better performance and results. Since road safety is a shared responsibility, nation focuses on boosting awareness, offering refresher training to drivers and workshops to students during National Road Safety Month, but deaths and disabilities caused by road crashes are increasing. If we keep doing what we have always done we will keep getting what we have always got. If we continue to solve the same problem repeatedly for decades, and the problem is increasing, that means we have either not identified the root cause or have not implemented a solution. Let us find out what were we, what are we, what will we be, and what is the issue, what is the root cause and what is the solution. Let us find out what is right not who is right and do what is right, not what is easy. When repeated food is not becoming blood that means we have physical illness, if repeated knowledge is not becoming an action that means we have mental illness. Road users blame the government for infrastructural deficiency and government blame for the behavioral deficiency of road users. People blame others to hide their mistakes and never take responsibility for their actions and inactions on roads and by doing so they put a deadlock to their self-improvement. Road crashes will continue to cause more deaths and disabilities unless we break the blame game cycle.
Together let us break the blame game cycle, take responsibility, make a combined effort to address A2Z essential aspects of sustainable road safety to make a big change and achieve Vision 100% sustainable and safe road travel for all in India by 2030. Be a part of the revolutionary solution, if you are not part of the solution, you are part of the problem. Taking responsibility is about owning what you have done (accountability) and proactively fixing it, showing character and the power to change your reality. From decision to action to result you have to monitor, from decision to inaction to result you have to monitor and provide feedback in a loop. Taking action to demonstrate work done and taking action to demonstrate results are two different things, and members of the conscious community are showing results. If the health examiner misdiagnoses the actual deficiency or disease as some other deficiency and disease, the actual deficiency or disease will be ignored, become a chronic disease and then the patient will also be desensitized to that deficiency and illness. That patient will reject any such advice saying that I am not having this deficiency and illness, others are having deficiency and illness. If we mislabel road crashes as road accidents, missed to mention the actual deficiency, the public will become desensitized to road tragedies, Then it will become a neglected and hidden epidemic that will keep killing us silently, hence Road Users Census.
Mother India Care has started road safety guardians census and road users census (RUC) a national survey (a part of national movement on road safety) to categorized all road users, provide upgradation advice to them. We are preparing a centralized platform for collecting and accessing essential data on national road safety in India, which will provide a comprehensive and reliable data resource on national road safety.
The researchers and scientists at Mother India Care have issued the terminology correction notice to all, and discovered the actual deficiency, in every road users and prepared a root cause revolutionary solution. The revolutionary solution is a scientifically proven special mechanism called Gimba Therapy which is very effective in meeting the required deficiency in all road users. Pure vegetarians have created dietary samskaras, even under urgency or desire for instant gratification they always follow their dietary rules. We also help creating road safety Samskaras for all age group, even under urgency or desire for instant gratification, road users follow road traffic rules. Road users and road safety guardians should participate in national movement termed as road users census and road safety guardians census. The national movement is a foundational step toward filling the necessary deficiencies and establishing road safety samskaras, integrated to achieve vision 100% sustainable safe road travel for all in India by 2030. Any important work that is postponed for tomorrow disappears from our life.
