AOE Guidelines

The  “AWARDS OF EXCELLENCE” AOE is sub division of “MOTHER INDIA CARE”, a public charitable, irrevocable, not for profit registered trust, having its registered office at No. 418 , 4^th Floor, B-Wing, Mittal Tower, M.G. Road, Bangalore-560001. The proceeds from this event will be utilized for a noble cause and also for the charitable activities of the Mother India Care.

Method of Nomination

Go through – Online Achievement Testing :

The nominee has to go through the online achievement testing and answer the questions by selecting Yes or No, and mention the instantly obtained score in the nomination form which is provided in the link

Submit Nomination online:

Nominations can be submitted online on this website through the main menu button India Awards or through the below link, and fill in the requisite details to complete the online nomination form and submit.

Nominee Profile:

A separate page will be created with a details provided for all those nominees who has purchased AOE Conferee Privilege Silver Package. Those who purchased Gold package their profile with video slide shall be displayed on LED display and they can send us the video byte of 60 seconds to display at venue. This is an exclusive privilege. The video byte of not more than 60 seconds can be sent by email or our whatsapp number  07996681081

AOE Shortlisted Nominees notified:

Generally nominations will be closed 21 days prior to the scheduled date of award ceremony. The selected nominees shall be notified 91-20 days prior to the event. Selected nominees shall be provided 7 days time to confirm their presence through AOE Conferee Registration online The wildcard nominations for award can be accepted only for 2 persons.

AOE Nominees RWA Registration (Ready-Willingness-Able):
The selected nominees shall confirm their presence towards the Ready-Willingness-Able RWA Registration which should be done online on or before 10 days prior to the event ceremony.

AOE Conferee privileges:
Once the AOE conferee registration is done, nominee/conferee will get QR code as invitation by email and or whatsapp, and will also get Awardee badge, Certificate, Memento & Hi tea at the venue.

AOE Venue & Winners announced:
The venue for the nominees shall be confirmed to all those registered conferees who have confirmed their presence and completed the conferee registration process. And it shall be done on or before 10 days prior to the event ceremony. 

Name to be printed:
The selected nominees shall provide us the name to be printed on the Badge, Awardee Certificate & Memento which they can provide us through AOE Conferee Registration process.  

Eligibility:

1. Nominees (“Nominees”) must be Indian residents, employees (including their families), any of the category sponsors, anyone materially connected to the administration of the Awards.
2. There is no limit on the number of nominations you may submit and nomination is free of any charge.
3. You can nominate yourself or someone else but it is your responsibility to obtain permission from the person you are nominating before submitting the nomination.
4. If you are under eighteen (18) years old, you must have the permission of your parent or legal guardian to submit a nomination and you must provide the name and mobile phone number of your parent or legal guardian on request.
5. Nominees must be available to be contacted before 20 days of the scheduled award ceremony.
6. The shortlisted and winning Nominees must agree to take part in any interviews, photographic shoots and post-winning publicity surrounding the Awards and will be required to give consent for AOE or its promoter MOTHER INDIA CARE and selected partners to use the images and interviews howsoever they see fit, including for promotional purposes, with no financial claim by the winner. It is your responsibility to make the Nominee aware of this.
7. As part of the selection process, Nominees may be asked to disclose whether they have ever been convicted of a crime or are the subject of on-going criminal proceedings or investigations.  

Proof of eligibility must be provided upon request.

8. Nominations submitted online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void. Nominations that are incomplete, illegible or indecipherable will not be valid and will be deemed void. Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification.
9. No nominations or photographs can be returned.

Admin Charges (Registration fee and Service package):

10. Each selected Nominee will receive an entry QR Code to the Awards venue after making AOE conferee registration

11. The shortlisted Nominees and their guests or family members are responsible for expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the awards invitation card.
12. The Awards are as stated and are not transferable to another individual. No cash or other alternatives will be offered. The Awards cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer.
13. Awards of Excellence or promoter accept no responsibility whatsoever for elements of the cash prize awards being withdrawn. AOE can under special consideration offer cash prize to a nominee, but in the event of an cash Prize being unavailable, the AOE or promoter MOTHER INDIA CARE reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
14. The Cash Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant sponsors or prize supplier which will be provided to the Winner when booking the Prize or with the Prize (as applicable).
15. The Winners in each category will receive their awards (memento & certificate) at the Awards ceremony.
16. There will not be any monetary or similar prize.
17. If the Winner is not able to attend the ceremony, he/she should intimate us in an advance.
18. AOE reserves the right to refuse entry to the Awards ceremony to any individual or group.  

Nomination Selection Process

   19. All nominations received by the closing date and time will be considered.

20. The shortlisted Nominees will be selected by the judging panel from the best citation and examples of excellence and the judging panel will be influenced by the number of nominations for any particular nominee as well as the strength of their entry.
21. The judging panel consists of members of the Mother India Care team and at least one independent judge, who will decide the shortlist. The decisions of the judging panel will be final and no correspondence will be entered into over the decisions.
22. Judging of nominations will take place next day after the closing day of nomination and shortlisted Nominees will be notified on or before 19-20 days of the scheduled event.
23. Shortlisted Nominees will receive intimation by email to confirm their presence invitation card (as a QR Code) by 10 days prior to the scheduled date of awards ceremony.
24. Failure to respond to information requested by AOE, failure to provide a valid mobile number and email for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the award/Prize. 

Use of information provided

   25. All nominations will become the property of AOE and promoters accept no responsibility for nominations unsuccessfully submitted.

26. By submitting a nomination form, your consent to give AOE a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from, and display the nomination (and any photograph included with the nomination) in whole or in part, on a worldwide basis, and to incorporate it singly or collectively into other works in any form, media or technology now known or later developed (including, without limitation, magazines and online), including for promotional or marketing purposes. If necessary, you will sign any necessary documentation that may be required for AOE to make use of the non-exclusive rights you are granting to use the nomination (and any photograph included with the nomination).
     
27. AOE reserves the right to make the nomination and all reproductions thereof available, either wholly or in part, in any manner or form whatsoever and in any medium or format, either separately or in conjunction with any other content.

28. AOE reserves the right to publish names, photographs and country of residence of any Winner. The Winner agrees to the use of their name, photograph and disclosure of county of residence.
29. You agree to waive all moral rights or any similar personal rights in any nomination you submit.
30. Any personal information, including without limitation, your and the Nominee’s name, age, address (including postcode) and/or email address will be used by AOE in accordance with its privacy policy available at this website.
31. Your information and the information of the Nominee may be shared with the relevant class sponsor and event management company Events Club India for the purposes of prize fulfillment and the administration of the Awards, which will use such information subject to its privacy policy. 

General

   32. By submitting a nomination you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

33. Your submission of nominations is not dependent on any purchase.
34. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed in the post, or due to computer error in transit.
35. AOE reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend the Awards at any time. AOE reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
36. AOE also reserves the right to cancel individual or corporate nominations without liability to affected participants where such nominations do not (in the opinion of AOE enter into the spirit of the Awards or if the security or proper administration of the Awards or the validity of a nomination is adversely affected in the event of cancellation, termination or suspension.
37. AOE may, at their discretion, select a winner from eligible, non-suspect or unaffected nominations, received prior to the event requiring such cancellation, termination or suspension.
38. In the event of a discrepancy between these terms and conditions and the details in the promotional material, the details in these terms and conditions shall prevail.
39. Photography by mobile phone or with any other camera by conferee or guest at venue is not at all allowed.
40. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Union of India and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Bangalore city courts.
