Recently a road crash incident in America is in the news, in which three people died on 12th August 2025. The truck drivers namely Harjinder Singh took a U turn from a prohibited place and the Car Driver slams into the truck and wedges underneath.  The truck driver is wrong and is guilty of provoking road crash because his mental wall is weak. After the tragedy, the truck driver informed the car driver, buddy help is on the way as the car driver was alive. The Car driver also equally responsible for this crash and guilty of provoking road crash, as he has not made any prevention attempt. The car driver failed to see the big truck when it was moved to the extreme right and taking a U-turn, well in advance because his mind was absent. The car driver has not built cognitive wall.

 

A private organization in USA has come forward and made commitment to pay USD 100,000 to the families of the victims. American citizen drivers also make wrong U turn and violate road traffic rules so the incident should not be given a racial turn, there is need to address the root cause. It takes two hands to clap and two parties to collide. It takes two parties to fight and one party to stop the fighting. One party can prevent a road crash if the other party fails to prevent it.

 

If we hold only one party responsible for a road crash while both the parties are responsible and both parties are victims of road crash (but the degree of individual fault can varies), then the incident of road crashes will continue to increase as the one victim will put the blame on the other victim, and this blame game will put a halt on the self-improvement. 

 

 

The car driver was in the state of mindlessness, he was operating on autopilot without awareness of the present moment. If the car driver had been in the state of mindfulness and was operating on autopilot with awareness of the present moment, he could have prevented this crash. Speed thrills but it also kills..If a pedestrian, cyclist or two wheeler comes in front of the speeding car, then car driver is held responsible for the crash. If a truck has come in front of the speeding car, the fault of the car driver must not be ignored. Because of the wrong U turn of the truck driver, because of the mindlessness state of the car driver, 2 passengers also lost their lives. Unless the root cause is addressed, increase the size of emergency services. The authorities are not addressing the root cause of road crashes, they have issued licenses to illegal migrant and they are also responsible for this tragedy. All are blaming the truck driver and also the administration and are giving a clean chit to victim who has committed accidental suicide. Truck driver is having weak mental wall and car driver is having a weak cognitive wall. 

 

America should focus on addressing the root cause of daily road crashes with the support of Mother India Care (MIC).
