Science says if the desired the results are not achieved, upgrade the quality of seeds, soil and process. Spraying water on the leaves will not become fruitful, unless the water is supplied to the roots of the plant. Spraying knowledge on the superficial level will not become fruitful, unless the knowledge is supplied to the inner intelligence.
